Agate Apartments are a community of three-story cedar buildings with a total of 20 apartments, all with unique floor plans. These one- and two-bedroom apartments come internet and cable ready. As a perk, these homes are located near several restaurants, a fenced-in playground, bus routes, a convenience store, a bakery, and a popular local ice cream shop.

Units are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact our University Apartments and Family Housing office for more information at 541-346-5263.

Smoking Policy: All University Housing communities and campus are smoke, tobacco, and drug free.

Deposit: When a housing offer has been made, a security deposit, along with the non-refundable prorated first month’s rent, is required to secure the unit. Specific assignments cannot be guaranteed.

These rents are a guideline and are subject to change. Rental rates are listed for the 2023-2024 academic year. Rates are subject to annual increases every July 1 for all apartments and houses.

 

Cost of Attendance

Cost of attendance is the estimated cost to attend the UO for the academic year. The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships provides estimates for cost of attendance information that goes beyond tuition and fees, and includes: living expenses (housing and food), books/supplies/equipment, transportation, and miscellaneous personal expenses.
