Spencer View is located less than a mile from the UO campus, adjacent to two schools and a large city park. It is also the home of the nationally recognized, private, non-profit Co-op Family Center, which provides day care for children from eight weeks to ten years of age.

These apartments are separated into eight neighborhoods, each with its own laundry facility, community garden, attached storage space, and children's playground. In addition to the neighborhood playgrounds, the entire community shares a large playground and park adjacent to the Amazon Community Center. These units are not furnished.

There are completely accessible units and all first floor apartments can be ADA adapted. Apartments are cable-ready and wired for Ethernet. They also feature kitchens with a window facing the neighborhood courtyard, as well as a living room that extends out to a private balcony or patio.

We urge you to contact the electricity provider regarding deposit costs as they can vary.

Pet Policy: These units do not allow pets except for fish.

These rents are a guideline and are subject to change. Rental rates are listed for the 2024-2025 academic year. Rates are subject to annual increases every July 1 for all apartments and houses.

Cost of Attendance

Cost of attendance is the estimated cost to attend the UO for the academic year. The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships provides estimates for cost of attendance information that goes beyond tuition and fees, and includes: living expenses (housing and food), books/supplies/equipment, transportation, and miscellaneous personal expenses.
