Graduate Village is designed specifically for graduate students living on their own. Each unit features polished concrete floors, a modern bathroom and kitchen, and comfortable living and sleeping spaces. Graduate Village is located on the east side of campus within walking distance of the law school, all other graduate programs, the Student Recreation Center, a grocery store, pharmacy, and several restaurants.

Deposit: When a housing offer has been made a security deposit is required to secure the unit. Specific assignments cannot be guaranteed.

These rents are a guideline and are subject to change. Rental rates are listed for the 2024-2025 academic year. Rates are subject to annual increases every July 1 for all apartments and houses.

Cost of Attendance

Cost of attendance is the estimated cost to attend the UO for the academic year. The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships provides estimates for cost of attendance information that goes beyond tuition and fees, and includes: living expenses (housing and food), books/supplies/equipment, transportation, and miscellaneous personal expenses.
