Mailbox keys will be issued to the residents upon check-in. A charge will be assessed to the resident for replacing lost mailbox keys.
Packages
Residents of Moon Court Apartments, Agate Apartments, and East Campus houses receive packages on their doorsteps or whatever other arrangements are made with the deliverer.
Residents of Spencer View Apartments and Graduate Village receive packages through their service centers (Spencer View service center and Global Scholars Hall service center, respectively). An email will be sent to alert residents that they have a package and where to pick it up. Please note: packages addressed to someone not on the rental agreement or contract will be immediately returned.
Spencer View
Packages too large to fit in the mailbox may be picked up at your service center with your student ID. Packages will be held for a maximum of five business days. If you need the package to be held longer, please email svhsc@uoregon.edu.
Graduate Village
Packages may be picked up at the Global Scholars Hall service center. Packages will be held for a maximum of 24 hours. Remember to bring your student ID.
